Kingston Police apprehend 7th suspect in violent robbery

The last known suspect in a violent robbery earlier this month has been apprehended by Kingston Police.

On January 27, 2018 police attended an address on Barnsley Crescent after receiving information that 31-year-old Ian Robert Charles Miller was at that location. He was found inside the residence and was cooperative with the officers. He was arrested and transported to police headquarters where he was held pending a bail hearing. Miller is charged with forcible confinement, robbery, assault, and kidnapping.
