Kingston Police asking for public’s assistance to locate missing 12-year-old

UPDATE: Percephony was found safe and sound on March 14th, 2018.

ORIGINAL: Kingston Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 12 year old Percephony White from Kingston. It is believed she left her residence on Elmwood Drive at approximately 2:30 a.m. on March 14, 2018.

Kingston Police say that Percephony may speak at a level beyond her age, however she suffers from some mental health issues and in some aspects she functions at an age between five to eight years. Percephony is described as a white female, 5’3”, 137lbs, with shoulder length blonde hair shaved on one side. She did not take her winter coat and is believed to be wearing a thin black leather jacket. She may also have a black and pink backpack and has pink shoes that she may or may not be wearing.
