There was a heavy Kingston Police presence, including Emergency Response Team and K9 units, in Kingston’s west end early on Thursday morning after they received a report of a robbery involving two suspects.
Kingston Police converged on the neighbourhood of Sexton Place, near Bayridge Dr and Taylor Kidd Blvd, at around 3:30 a.m. on March 29th.
After a brief search they located and apprehended one of the suspects, but continued to canvass the neighbourhoods for several hours for a female suspect also believed to have been involved in the robbery.
The second suspect remains at large but Kingston Police believe they know her identity and are continuing to investigate, said Kingston Police Constable Cam Mack. No details on her identity or physical description have been released at this time.
