UPDATE: Police arrest 3, still searching for 2 men wanted in relation to violent robbery

UPDATE: Kingston Police arrested Kingston resident Jordan Garrison Noonan-Rodrigue on January 17, 2018 and Harrowsmith resident Stephen John Donald Piffle was arrested on January 19th.

On January 23, 2018 at approximately 8:00 a.m. Rob Timothy Spicer attended a coffee shop on Princess Street. While in the restaurant he was recognized by several citizens as a result of recent media releases. Police responded to the restaurant and he was arrested. Spicer is being held pending a bail hearing and is charged with forcible confinement, robbery, assault, kidnapping, and breach probation.

Kingston Police would like to thank citizens for their assistance and for the continued sharing of the media releases.

Ian Robert Charles Miller and Robert Michael Reid Poffley remain at large.

Kingston Police are searching for 5 men wanted in relation to a violent robbery earlier this month. On January 9, 2018 the victim was taken to a Lansdowne Street address where multiple suspects were involved in restraining, violently beating and robbing him. It is believed the suspects also forced him to empty his bank account.

On January 12, 2018 a 29-year-old local man was arrested and charged with robbery, forcible confinement, assault, kidnapping and breach of undertaking.

Through an on-going investigation Detectives have identified five other men involved in this incident. Grounds exist for their arrest and police are actively searching for them.
